My ID project will be to develop a way to instruct my colleagues
to use the voice thread to train their staff on procedures such as fire drills,
lock down drills, class room management and intentional activity planning. The
purpose of using voice thread will be so that the staff may ask questions on

In these meeting the project director which is my boss teaches us different methods to maintain control in the classroom, get participation from students that may not be interested, deal with behavior and create lesson planning. All of our trainings go in a website used by the district called euphoria which has different workshops and training within the district. The project director places those on there for a paper trail of the training that each employee has undergone so it will help in future career advancement. The problem that has arisen is that some staff members...
